Hi, I’m Jess
I help leaders, teams, and individuals uncover their strengths so they can thrive with confidence, clarity, and purpose. Coaching isn’t just about learning. It’s about turning self-awareness into real-world results, whether that’s leading a team, navigating a career transition, or growing as a person.
I started out studying neuroscience and psychology, hell-bent on becoming a doctor. I even earned a master’s in pharmaceutical chemistry only to realize that wasn’t truly mine. It was fulfilling a dream for my parents. That wake-up call pushed me to look at what I do best and what I’m truly passionate about, which eventually led me back to school for my MBA.
What I found was a love for leadership and building something from the ground up. From helping launch a learning center to creating and leading a university program, I thrived in roles where I could guide, grown, and empower people. Those moments lit me up in a way the lab never could.
During my MBA, I deepened that passion, diving into organizational culture and leadership rooted in humanity. I especially became drawn to the idea of leading through a humanity lens where leaders treat people like people, not resources. That’s why I was drawn to strengths-based coaching: it’s a way to highlight natural talents and help leaders unlock the full potential of their teams while fostering harmony and purpose in the workplace.
